Silhouette

Boxy relaxed body, dropped shoulder, wide sleeve, straight hem, not longline. Test a 3/4 sleeve balance if the blank allows.

Fabric

Official reference includes 300 GSM cotton jersey. Request 260, 280, and 300 GSM swatches before locking the body.

Collar

Thick rib crewneck, clean recovery after wash, no mock-neck look unless tested separately.

Chest / tag

LANE4 chest print at 100-115 mm wide. Back collar uses a long matte black L4 rubber label.

Back tag detail

Make the back signal tactile.

L4 LANE FOUR

Long matte black silicone or soft PVC label, centered below the back collar.

Finish

Matte rubber feel, low profile, rounded corners, tonal raised or debossed type, no shiny plastic effect.

Attachment

Size target

Start around 70-80 mm wide and 20-24 mm high. Place 10-15 mm below the back collar seam.
